Mistura Catering began with one man with a vision. With 32 years of international culinary experience, Chef Nicola Allegretta has established himself with a reputation for creating the finest menus using only the freshest and most premium ingredients.

After receiving his degree from the Italian Culinary Institute of Bari in Puglia, Italy. Chef Allegretta spent several working and gaining valuable experience in many prestigious restaurants in Italy, France, England and Germany. In 1999 he moved to the United States and helped open up several high-end Italian restaurant in Orlando, Miami Beach, and Los Angeles. In 2006, he opened up his own restaurant in San Luis Obispo and has been offering his catering service in Florida and California since then.

In addition, Chef Allegretta has catered all private events in representation of Peru at the San Francisco Fancy Food Show, Natural Expo in Anaheim and the prestigious Food & Wine Classic in Aspen Colorado appointed by the Peruvian government. Established in California in 1997, Chef Nicola has immersed in the beauty of California Cuisine, and as a renowned restaurateur, he is the mastermind behind Mistura Restaurant in San Luis Obispo County.
